This
is the entrance to Holzendorf from the direction of Friedland (north).
The
landmark of many Mecklenburger villages is the village church. In the picture below the Holzendorf church tower can be seen from
afar.

is a view of Holzendorf coming from the direction of Woldegk (south).
Much of Holzendorf has been reconstructed with blocks of flats and
a modern school.
In
Holzendorf there is a balanced relationship of historical buildings
and new buildings.

manor was originally owned by the Dewitz family
.
This is the village church in Badresch. It is constructed of field stones.
The church was built in the second half of the 13th
century. The tower originates
from the 18th century.
